By accessing and using the services provided by Technova Solutions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Technova Solutions offers the following services:

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for our services
• Respond to requests for information, feedback, or approvals in a timely manner
• Pay for services as agreed in the project proposal or contract
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited activities
• Maintain confidentiality of any login credentials or access provided
• Obtain necessary licenses and permissions for content you provide

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals or service agreements. Unless otherwise specified:

• A deposit may be required before work commences on development projects
• Payment milestones may be established for larger projects
• Business setup services may require upfront payment of government fees
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement

Client Ownership: Upon full payment, clients will own the intellectual property rights to custom code, designs, and deliverables created specifically for their project, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

Technova Solutions' Rights: We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, and methodologies used in project delivery. We may also retain the right to use project work in our portfolio with client consent.

Third-Party Components: Some projects may include third-party software or components subject to their own licensing terms.

Technova Solutions will perform services with reasonable skill and care. However:

• We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• For business setup services, timelines depend on government processing and are not guaranteed
• Third-party services and APIs are subject to their providers' terms and availability
• We are not liable for any delays caused by client's failure to provide required information

Either party may terminate the service agreement:

• By mutual written agreement
• If the other party breaches any material term and fails to cure such breach within 14 days of notice
• Immediately if the other party becomes insolvent or enters bankruptcy

Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date. For business setup services, any government fees already paid are non-refundable.
