The Brief
Context
The client is a premium UK care placement service connecting families with the right care facilities. Their business operates in a high-trust, high-stakes market: the families they work with are navigating one of the most emotionally complex decisions of their lives, and speed, personalisation, and authority matter enormously.
When they came to Codenovai, the gap between their service quality and their commercial infrastructure was significant. Leads were arriving through disconnected channels with no unified attribution. The sales team was spending 2–4 hours manually qualifying each inquiry. Email went to spam. ZOHO CRM was already in place, but disconnected from the rest of the stack.
Over two months we built the surrounding stack and integrated it with their existing ZOHO CRM via API: AWS SES email infrastructure, 50 landing pages, 10+ email and WhatsApp campaigns, a full AI suite (qualifier, chatbot, content generation, internal sales tools), NFC sales enablement, paid media on Meta and Google, dashboards on top of ZOHO Analytics, and the web and software layer that ties it all together. No platform migration — we built around what they already had.
